Welcome to Mynt.fun (the “Platform”). By accessing, creating tokens, or participating in communities on mynt.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You are solely responsible for everything you create, launch, or promote on mynt.fun. This includes:

• Compliance: Following all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

• Honesty: Avoiding scams, rugs, pump-and-dumps, or misleading projects.

• Respect: Not creating content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

• Safety: Avoiding harmful content, such as:

  • Threats to human or animal life.

  • Violence, abuse, hate speech, or illegal activity.

All risks related to your token or content (legal, financial, or reputational) are your own.

Content & Token Moderation

mynt.fun reserves the right to remove or restrict any content, tokens, or communities that:

• Violate these Terms.

• Are fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious.

• Are flagged by the community or detected by our AI moderation systems.

Tokens or content removed from mynt.fun may still exist on-chain, as the Platform cannot alter Solana blockchain records. Removal only affects visibility and promotion within mynt.fun.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use mynt.fun to:

• Promote harm, scams, violence, or illegal activity.

• Upload or promote content that infringes on the rights of others.

• Exploit the system with bots, spam, or malicious activity.

• Misrepresent the purpose or value of a token.

Violations may lead to token/community removal, account restrictions, or permanent bans.

Risks & Limitations

By using mynt.fun, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Financial Risk: Tokens are experimental and may lose value, be highly volatile, or become worthless.

• Legal Risk: You are responsible for ensuring your actions comply with local laws.

• Technical Risk: mynt.fun does not guarantee uptime, error-free functionality, or compatibility with third-party services.

Age & Content Disclaimer

By using mynt.fun, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally allowed to use the Platform in your jurisdiction.

The Platform supports user-generated tokens and communities, some of which may contain mature or NSFW content. While moderation tools exist, mynt.fun cannot guarantee full filtering of sensitive content.

Violations of these Terms may result in:
